Ranch Coated Pork Chops

We love pork chops.  They are one of our favorite meats to eat at our house.  In fact, Ron could have pork every night of the week if I made it.  These are one of the recipes that is in our weekly rotation because they are easy to make and are so full of flavor.  When you are short on time but still want to feed your family a great meal, this is a good choice.  In less than 10 minutes of prep time you can have these in the oven.  They turn out moist, tender and juicy.  A hit for every pork lover!

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.

In a small bowl, mix together the Italian dressing mix, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder and dried parsley and then set aside.

Pour the ranch dressing into a pie tin.  Take each pork chop and dip it into the ranch dressing and turn the pork chop over to coat both sides. Repeat for each pork chop and then place them into a baking pan, such as a cake pan or cookie sheet.  Sprinkle the Italian dressing mixture over the top of each chop.

Bake for about 45 minutes or until golden brown and the internal temperature of the pork chops reach 160 degrees.

Serve with some creamy broccoli and cheese risotto, scalloped potatoes, creamed peas or green beans and potatoes!
