Easiest Peanut Butter Fudge Ever

This fudge truly only takes 2 ingredients and turns out so smooth and creamy.  It whips together in just about 5 minutes so there is really hardly work to it and is so delicious.  The recipe is basically fool-proof so even if you never made fudge before you can today.

·        1 (18 oz.) jar of peanut butter, creamy or crunchy

·        1 (16 oz.) jar of vanilla cake frosting

Line an 8”x8” (or 9”x9”) square cake pan with foil and then set aside.

Be sure NOT to buy “whipped” style frosting because the consistency is just not right and it doesn’t set properly if you use a whipped frosting.  Just buy plain vanilla frosting. You can try another “flavor” of frosting instead of vanilla but I have only ever used vanilla.  A chocolate might be good because peanut butter and chocolate do pair well together.

In a large microwavable safe bowl, empty contents of both jars into it.  Put the bowl into the microwave and microwave for one minute but be sure to stir after 30 seconds.  If the mixture is not completely melted, go another 30 seconds at a time until it is, stirring after every 30 seconds.

Once it is completely melted, pour the mixture into your prepared cake pan.  Allow the fudge to set completely, then cut into pieces and enjoy.
