These air fryer potato chips come out crispy, crunchy and are so addicting! They are so much better for you than any you can buy at the store and tastes so much better too.
- 1 lb. Russet potatoes
- 1 T. oil (I used canola)
- 1 tsp. rosemary
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
Peel your potatoes and slice them into 1/8" slices. Place them in a bowl of cold water and allow them to soak for about 15-20 minutes. After the time has elapsed, drain the potato slices and pat them dry.
Place the potatoes in a clean and dry bowl and then pour in the oil, salt and pepper. Stir them gently to thoroughly coat each potato slice. Turn on your air fryer to 375 degrees and allow it to heat up. Once it is warmed up, put half of the potato slices into the basket and cook them for 5-7 minutes or until they are golden brown and crisp. Remove immediately and sprinkle with rosemary. Repeat with the rest of the potatoes.
Eat immediately. They can be stored a few days in an airtight container but we just love to eat them all right away. These air fryer potato chips go perfectly with my air fryer hamburgers with some air fryer Oreos for dessert. Yum!
