Making a Peanut Butter Mug Cake without using Flour

I love mug cake recipes.  It is a perfect way to enjoy a dessert without having to make a whole cake.  The taste and texture are perfect with this mug cake unlike other mug recipes that are out there.

  • 3 T. peanut butter
  • 1 T. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • ½ tsp. vanilla

Lightly grease a microwave safe mug and then whisk the egg into the mug.  Stir in the rest of the ingredients. Microwave for one minute and then allow the mug cake to cool for 1 ½-2 minutes before enjoying it.

I love to top mine with some homemade whipped cream and some homemade caramel.

Serves 1 and the mug cake has about 25 grams of carbs.
