Our family really does love ham salad. Ham salad makes a great sandwich that is quite satisfying. We love it on some homemade white bread or homemade wheat bread but it can also be served on crackers or on a bed of lettuce.
- 3 c. cooked ham, diced
- ¾ c. mayonnaise
- ¼ c. celery, diced (optional)
- 2 T. relish (dill or sweet)
- 1 tsp. mustard (can be yellow or brown mustard
- ¼ tsp. pepper
- ¼ tsp. minced garlic
Place the diced ham into your food processor and pulse a few times to get it to a good consistency but don’t do so much that it turns into a paste. Put the finely chopped ham into a bowl and add in the other ingredients. Stir well. Serve and enjoy!
