Luscious and Rich Chocolate Lasagna Recipe

This is an easy to make no bake dessert.  It is out of this world amazing with its silky smooth layers and yummy Oreo crust.

Oreo Layer:

·        36 Oreos (plain ones, not double stuffed or thin)

·        5 T. butter, melted

Cream cheese layer:

·        ¼ c. sugar

·        16 oz. whipped topping, divided between this layer and the whipped topping layer

·        12 oz. cream cheese, softened

·        1 T. milk

·        2 tsp. vanilla

Chocolate pudding layer:

·        3 c. milk

·        2 pkgs. (3.9 oz. each) instant chocolate pudding mix

Whipped topping layer:

·        1 c. mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

·        8 oz. whipped topping

Combine the Oreos and the melted butter into a food processor. Grind them up together until there are no more large chunks.  Be sure to just really pulverize the cookies. Once that is done, spread the cookie mixture into the bottom of a 9”x13” cake pan.  Press down firmly and make sure to spread it out all the way to the edges.

The next layer is the cream cheese layer.  Combine the sugar, 8 oz. of the whipped cream, cream cheese, milk and vanilla. Beat it together until it is smooth. Spread this cream cheese mixture over the top of the Oreo crust.  Be gentle to not mess up the cookie layer and make sure the top is smooth.

For the next layer, take the milk and chocolate pudding mixes and beat them together until they are smooth.  Pour this over the cream cheese layer and spread it all the way out to the edges.  On top of this spread out the other 8 oz. of whipped topping and sprinkle the mini chocolate chips over the top layer.  Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving to give it time to set.
