This Peach Cobbler Dump Cake is super easy to make and makes for a quick dessert. The flavor is amazing and it takes only a few quick ingredients and is prepared all in the cake pan. Turns out gooey, buttery, and delicious!
· 29 oz. can sliced peaches in heavy syrup, do NOT drain
· 18.25 oz. box of yellow cake mix
· ½ c. butter, melted or cut into thin pats
· 1 tsp. cinnamon
· ¼ tsp. nutmeg
· ¼ tsp. cloves
Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Pour the can of peaches in their juice into the bottom of a 9”x13” cake pan. Open up the cake mix and sprinkle the cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves into the bag of dry mix and close the bag tight with your hands and shake to mix it all together or put a spoon into the bag and mix together. Now pour the dry mix onto the top of the peaches.
Spoon the melted butter over the top of the dry batter. No need to stir or anything…just put the pan into the oven and let it cook about 45-55 minutes or until it is golden brown and bubbly. Serve with some ice cream or some homemade whipped cream.
Serves 12 with each serving having about 45 grams of carbs.
