I love homemade salad dressings. A good homemade dressing can turn even the most boring salad into a mouth-watering side that can compete as a main dish. This dressing is thick, creamy and good enough to eat with a spoon. It is that flavorful! This salad dressing comes together in a matter of minutes…so easy!
· 2 c. mayonnaise
· 1 c. buttermilk
· ½ c. grated Parmesan cheese
· 2 T. fresh lemon juice or white wine vinegar
· 1 tsp. brown mustard
· 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
·
Salt &
pepper, to taste
Whisk together the ingredients. Once completely blended, taste and then season with salt and pepper to your liking. Refrigerate for at least an hour before using.
Store in the refrigerator in a mason jar with lid for up to 2 weeks. It never makes it that long because we love it so much it is gone within a week.
Be sure to check out my other homemade salad dressings: Oil and Vinegar, Homemade Catalina, Homemade Ranch, Homemade French, and Italian Dressing. Which is your favorite?
