3 Ingredient Chocolate Chip Cookies

    These 3 ingredient chocolate chip cookies are the perfect recipe when you want homemade cookies in a hurry.  This recipe calls for NO flour, NO eggs, NO butter and NO milk.  Even though they have just 3 ingredients, they still turn out soft and chewy.  I am sure you will love them.

  

 

             

     I love recipes that take only a few ingredients.  Some of my favorites are my 3 ingredient Blueberry Cobbler, my 2 ingredient Apple Pie and my Crock pot AppleDump Cake.

 

1 c. peanut butter

1 c. chocolate chips

¾ c. brown sugar

 

            In a large mixing bowl, add in the peanut butter and brown sugar and mix until well combined.  Fold in the chocolate chips and then cover the bowl and place into your freezer for one hour. 

        After an hour, preheat your oven to 350 degrees.  Form the cookie dough into 12 equal sized balls and bake for 15-17 minutes or until the cookies are firm around the edges.  Remove and allow the cookies to cool and then enjoy.

       The cookies are quite soft and fragile when first removed from the oven so you need to allow them to cool.

       Makes one dozen and each cookie has about 13 grams of carbs.
