In just a few minutes, you can whip up some delicious, homemade Thousand Island Salad Dressing that will make you never want to use store-bought dressing again. It is so easy to make and has so much flavor.
· ½ c. mayonnaise
· ½ c. sour cream
· ¼ c. ketchup
· 2 T. pickle relish (sweet or dill)
· 1 ½ T. white vinegar
· 1 T. sugar
· ½ tsp. minced onion
· ¼ tsp. salt
· ¼ tsp. paprika
Combine all the ingredients into a small bowl. Whisk until smooth and it is ready to be used.
Keep stored in a covered mason jar in your refrigerator for up to 7 days.
Serve it over a classic wedge salad or a Cobb salad.
It is also great on a burger or as a dip for French fries. Yum!
