These Parmesan ranch potatoes are so easy to make and make the perfect side dish that only takes a matter of minutes to throw together. Such a delicious and tasty dish.
- 5 medium potatoes (I like to use Yukon yellow gold potatoes)
- ½ c. Parmesan cheese + 3 T.
- 1 serving dry ranch seasoning dip
- 3 T. olive oil or butter
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. minced onion
- ½ tsp. seasoning salt
- ¼ tsp. pepper
- Cooked bacon, crumbled (optional)
- Chopped green onions (optional)
Spray your crockpot with cooking spray. Turn it onto high and replace the lid.
Wash and peel your potatoes (or leave the skins on, your choice) and cut into wedges or large chunks. Place the cut potatoes into a bowl. Pour olive oil or melted butter over the potatoes and stir to coat all the pieces. Add in the Parmesan cheese, dry ranch dressing, the garlic powder, minced onion, seasoning salt, and pepper. Stir well to distribute the Parmesan cheese coating over the potatoes. Once it is stirred well, dump into the heated crock pot. Turn the crockpot to low and cook for 5-6 hours.
