The Best Southern Peach Cobbler Bread

You probably have heard of banana bread, or maybe even apple bread, but I have never heard of a peach bread.  So I decided to come up with this recipe, and it turned out great!  It always comes out super moist and delicious!  It tastes just like a peach cobbler but in bread form.

The Best Southern Peach Cobbler Bread

 3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. oil
4 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 (15oz.) cans peach chunks, well drained
Icing:
1 c. powdered sugar
2 T. milk

In the bowl. combine flour, sugar, salt, and baking soda.  Stir and then  add in oil, eggs, and vanilla.  And then gently stir in drained peaches with a wooden spoon.

Ronny & Ron both said this is their new favorite fruit bread in the world!
