This lentil soup is so easy to make and it will absolutely warm your soul. It is super filling and hearty. It is pure comfort food in a bowl! It is perfect on its own but add in some pulled pork, chicken, or beef and it pulls it up to a whole new level. It's good enough to serve on its own and it would be a complete meal.
