Thank goodness September has arrived and hopefully the cooler weather will be on its way to us here in SE Oklahoma soon. The temps are in the low 90's still and the heat index is real close to 100. I'm sitting indoors dreaming of the cooler weather and made me think of all the yummy apple recipes I have and decided today was a good day to share them all with you.
