Chicken Fried Rice
4 c. water
2 c. rice
1 T. dried chopped onion
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. salt
Place these 6 ingredients into a saucepan, stir and bring to a boil. Once it boils, turn it to low, cover the pan with a lid and let it simmer for 20 minutes.
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/3 c. dehydrated carrots
1/4 c. dehydrated peas
2 eggs
2 T. sesame oil
1 T. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Scramble the eggs and then set aside. Cut the chicken into chunks and place it in a pot. Stir in the rice mixture, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, pepper, peas, carrots and butter. Heat until warmed. Once hot enough, remove from heat and stir in the eggs and enjoy!
