Chicken Fried Rice

   Chicken Fried Rice

                                                 2 c. rice                                    4 c. water
                                                 1 tsp. parsley flakes                 1/4 tsp. salt
                                                 1 T. dried chopped onion         1/2 tsp. garlic powder

    Place these 6 ingredients into a saucepan, stir and bring to a boil. Once it boils, turn it to low, cover the pan with a lid and let it simmer for 20 minutes. 

                                                  2 eggs                                   1 chicken breast, cooked
                                                  1/4 c. dehydrated peas          1/3 c. dehydrated carrots
                                                  1 T. butter                              1/4 tsp. salt
                                                  1/4 tsp. pepper                      1/3 c. soy sauce
                                                  2 T. sesame oil

      Scramble the eggs and then set aside.  Cut the chicken into chunks and place it in a pot.  Stir in the rice mixture, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, pepper, peas, carrots and butter.  Heat until warmed.  Once hot enough, remove from heat and stir in the eggs and enjoy!
