If you are looking for a moist, delicious brownie that is easy to make, look no further. This is what you've been looking for. These are super rich so you probably won't be able to eat more than one at a time!
Super Rich Decadent Chocolate and Caramel Brownies
2 c. sugar
2 c. mini marshmallows
1 1/3 c. flour
1 c. shortening
1 c. caramel
1 c. cocoa
4 eggs
2 T. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9 x 13 cake pan with cooking spray or oil the pan. I know what you may be thinking: 1.) there should be more flour because there is more sugar than flour (trust me, this works) and 2.) no butter, really? Yep, really no butter.
Mix together all ingredients but the marshmallows and caramel. Stir well and then gently stir in the marshmallows.
Pour the thick batter into the cake pan and bake for 22 minutes. Remove and while it is still hot, drizzle the caramel onto the top of the brownies like so...
Now enjoy!

The picture on the top of the page is one where I baked the brownies in a smaller pan for nice and thick brownies or you can do it in a full size cake pan and get thinner brownies, as shown below. Both are delicious and I trade off on the size of the pan I cook them in.
I used this brownie recipe in another one of my recipes: "Death by Chocolate Cake".
