As you may remember, I received baby chicks from Hoover's Hatchery awhile back. These are the fastest growing chicks that we have ever raised. They are nice and plump and I can't wait to try butchering one to see how they taste. We plan on butchering next week
These chicks pictured are just 14 weeks old. Awesome, right? Tune in next week for the butchering adventure and our opinion on the taste of the meat!
