Seasoned Baked Red Potatoes

One of my family's favorite side dishes is my baked red potatoes that I bake pretty often.  They are easy to do and taste delicious.

Seasoned Baked Red Potatoes

3-4 lbs. of red potatoes
olive oil
Rosemarry
Freeze-dried chives

Wash your potatoes and cut them into small chunks.

Just cut the potatoes in small chunks like this.

Put some olive oil in a baggie and put a few potato chunks into the baggie at a time.  Be sure each piece is coated well.  Once all the potatoes are coated well, put them in a jelly roll pan.

Sprinkle rosemary and the chives over the potatoes and bake in a 400 degree oven for 27 minutes.
