There is always work to be done on a farm and even our 8 year old likes to pitch in and do some hard work. My hubby has taught both of our boys the proper way to handle the tools and hubby was close by observing Ronny as he cut down the tree.
Here he is cutting down small trees. Isn't he a good, hard worker?

He hauled the top part over to the goats to munch on and when they ate all the leaves off, we then chopped up the rest of it for firewood!
